The Plunhof is a family: We are eight brothers and sisters, plus the mother, Paula, the spiritus rector (guiding spirit) of the house. Each of us contributes and helps to make the Plunhof for our friends and guests to feel right at home.

But of course we cannot do everything ourselves: In order for a hotel like the Plunhof to function successfully, we need reliable employees. Currently, our team consists of over 40 employees providing support in particular in the areas of service and reception, kitchen, room service, spa and wellness - and who tirelessly provide for the well being of our guests. We are proud to have such a great team!

Certainly, we set high standards for our employees because they are an integral part of our success! Only by means of their attention and cordiality do our guests receive the assurance that they're receiving the best possible service. It is only through their efforts that each guest receives the crucial extra bit of service that makes the difference. It is only because of their commitment that we are able to enthuse our guests every single day, and make sure that they are enjoying an unforgettable holiday experience.

The work atmosphere here is informal and relaxed, but behind it stands a lot of organization. A lot of activities have to be perfectly coordinated in the background. Team spirit and an open and fair cooperation are therefore very important to us, because it is only together that we are successful!
