Wellness at its best
In the
Falstaff Spa Guide 2027, our wellness area has once again been awarded
94 points. The
RELAX Guide 2027 has also recognised our SPA & Acqua Minera, awarding it
17 points and 3 lilies. We’re especially pleased with these accolades because we want to create a place where our guests feel at ease from the moment they arrive and can leave everyday life behind for a while. Whether you’re unwinding in one of our saunas, easing into the warm water or treating yourself to a soothing spa treatment, we want you to relax, recharge and leave feeling refreshed.
Sustainability starts with everyday choices
Our commitment to using resources responsibly has once again been recognised in 2027 with the
South Tyrol Sustainability Label – Level 2. For us, sustainability is about making thoughtful choices every day:
using energy responsibly, reducing waste, supporting local supply chains and looking out for one another. In this way, we aim to give our guests a truly restorative vacation surrounded by the mountains of South Tyrol, while helping to preserve this beautiful natural environment for generations to come.
Making a difference together
Sustainability is also about bringing people together, as recognised by the
“Better Together” award, part of the
Hotel Sustainability Award 2026. It celebrates our partnership with the Fugger Day Centre, run by the Wipptal District Community. Here, old bathrobes and towels are transformed into new bath mats for our spa area and guest rooms.
By giving these textiles a second lease of life, we help conserve valuable resources and keep traditional craftsmanship alive. What makes this partnership particularly special to us is that it creates much more than new products: it brings people together and creates opportunities to share ideas and learn from one another.
All these awards encourage us to keep doing what matters most to us: creating moments of relaxation for our guests, caring for the environment and sharing the unique atmosphere of Plunhof with everyone who visits us.
