Upanaha Sveda - for the tired back, finally completely free of stress
A flowing relaxing back massage that is ideal for delivering your back from stress. This massage is combined with an Ayurveda heat pack. The blood circulation in the tissue is thus stimulated and the tissue is detoxified
Padabhyanga - back to the roots
The feet are our support, and not just statically. In the Ayurveda concept, foot massage above all 'earths' you. Gentle strokes on the feet enable the head to free itself of unnecessary thoughts, which are also known as 'mental toxins', and thus find inner balance again. In this way, the entire organism is involved.
Abhyanga - Letting go and living
Gentle, flowing massage of the whole body, which is also known as external oleation, which has always been a key part of the Ayurveda method. The body is considered to be the gateway to the soul, or also as the casing of our emotions. Conflicts in the emotional area can therefore manifest themselves at the bodily level whereas bodily ills have an unavoidable impact on our psychological state. Abhyanga harmonizes these two aspects of the human being (body and soul) and simultaneously eliminates stress and liberates.
Shirodara - Dive into another world
Forehead chakra is the gateway to primordial divine power. Hindu culture is convinced of this. But there is no doubt that letting warm oils flow into the forehead induces a state of deep relaxation in the individual. A state that allow the 'head to switch off'' naturally. That way the regenerating powers within us come into their own.

Singing bowl massage
In singing bowl massage, singing bowls are laid on the body or are held over the body and are struck gently. The soft and harmonic tones that are thereby produced are perceived by the body as vibrations and are deeply relaxing and extremely calming, which makes singing bowl massage very effective against stress and anxiety.
Mukabhyanga - Flowering of inner radiance
In Ayurveda teaching, the head plays a central role in activating the individual's regenerative forces. The head is the natural seat of the soul, and our bodily functions are controlled from the same region. At the same time, Ayurveda considers face massage to be a path to inner beauty. The face muscles relax and thus make our inner radiance bloom.
