There’s great news for our guests and us personally: since June 6, 2021, Italy has no longer been considered a risk region according to the Robert Koch Institute and the German travel warning has thus been lifted. This means that, on their return to Germany, our guests no longer have to fulfil any registration or evidence requirements. (The Austrian regions Tyrol and Vorarlberg are currently still classified as risk regions, which means you should not make any stopovers there.)

For your stay in our hotel, things have also got a bit easier:

Our guests no longer have to wear FFP2 masks; instead, surgical masks or washable reusable masks made of fabric are sufficient. For our team, surgical masks are also sufficient – with a few exceptions.

Our guests are not required to wear a mask at tables and at the bar if the minimum distance from people from other households can be maintained. You must wear a face mask when entering and leaving the restaurant/bar area and when moving around inside (for example, when going to the rest room). This also applies to indoor common areas. In outdoor common areas, you must always have a mask with you and wear it whenever you are not continuously isolated from people from other households or rooms.

For the use of our Spa Minera, Acqua Minera as well as the fitness and yoga area, our house guests no longer require a CoronaPass.
For a better guide, you will find the relevant information in our establishment, and our team is always on hand to answer any questions you may have.

For outings, you should know that from now on more than four people from different households are allowed to sit at tables inside restaurants if they all present a CoronaPass. Outdoors, this is possible without a CoronaPass.

As of June 7, closing times have been extended to midnight.

Information on the CoronaPass can be found here: www.suedtirol.info/coronavirus

We look forward to seeing you soon!
Yours, the Volgger family
